Banana Bread
This buttery quick bread is good for breakfast, snack or even dessert!

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
Mash ripe bananas with a fork until lumps are gone. Add sugar.
Beat egg and add to the banana mixture.
Add flour, baking soda and salt.
Pour in melted butter and stir to combine.
Spray loaf pan and pour batter in. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes. Turn on to cooling rack and let cool completely.
