Banana Bread

This buttery quick bread is good for breakfast, snack or even dessert!

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Mash ripe bananas with a fork until lumps are gone.  Add sugar.
  • Beat egg and add to the banana mixture.
  • Add flour, baking soda and salt.
  • Pour in melted butter and stir to combine.
  • Spray loaf pan and pour batter in.  Bake at 350 for 1 hour.  Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes.  Turn on to cooling rack and let cool completely.
