Dale's Burgers

These grilled burgers are the best. Marinating them in a steak seasoning give them that extra flavor that will have your guests asking what it is!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground chuck
  • 1/2 c Dale's Steak Seasoning (or more to taste)

Instructions

  • Pat out hamburgers to 1/3 pound patties and place on foil lined sheet pan.
  • Pour liquid seasoning over burgers. Let marinate 2 hours.
  • Light grill and let it get hot. Once coals are ready, place burgers on grill and grill until desired internal temperature. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with favorite burger toppings.
