Homemade Peach Ice Cream
The freshest, most decadent summer treat.

Cook Time 45 minutes minutes
- 6 large eggs
- 3 1/2 c sugar
- 5 c peach puree (about 10 peaches, peeled and chopped and pureed)
- 4 c heavy cream
- 2 c half and half
Beat eggs with a wire whisk until pale yellow.
In a heavy saucepan cook beaten eggs and sugar on low until sugar is dissolved.
Cool the sugar and egg mixture in the refrigerator until chilled.
Once sugar/egg mixture is chilled, add peach puree, cream and half and half.
Place ice cream mixture into the container of your ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's directions.
