Lazarus Chicken Salad
Cool and creamy chicken salad gets some zip with worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and tarragon.

- 2 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cooked and chopped
- 3 cups diced celery
- 1 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp tarragon leaves
Cook chicken breast until tender. Cool and chop.
Fold in celery.
Blend mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and tarragon together.
Add chicken and toss lightly.
Chill before serving.
