Oatmeal Corn Flake Cookies
The combination of oatmeal and cornflakes make these cookies irresistible.

- 1 c butter, softened
- 1 c white sugar
- 1 c brown sugar (heaped and packed)
- 1 1/2 c flour (scant cups)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c quick cooking oatmeal (scant cups)
- 4 c Corn flakes
- 2 c English walnuts
- 1 1/2 c raisins
- 1 c coconut
- 1/2 tsp salt
Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, mix well.
Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, raisins and nuts until well coated. dd to the creamed mixture. Mix well.
Mix in oats and corn flakes.
Scoop onto greased cookie sheets about 3 inches apart.
Bake at 350 10-12 minutes.
