Oatmeal Corn Flake Cookies

The combination of oatmeal and cornflakes make these cookies irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 1 c butter, softened
  • 1 c white sugar
  • 1 c brown sugar (heaped and packed)
  • 1 1/2 c flour (scant cups)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c quick cooking oatmeal (scant cups)
  • 4 c Corn flakes
  • 2 c English walnuts
  • 1 1/2 c raisins
  • 1 c coconut
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, mix well.
  • Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, raisins and nuts until well coated. dd to the creamed mixture. Mix well.
  • Mix in oats and corn flakes.
  • Scoop onto greased cookie sheets about 3 inches apart.
  • Bake at 350 10-12 minutes.
